Software License

SIT products are licensed, not sold as source code. A purchase or active subscription grants the customer a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the licensed product, subject to the applicable license term.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not redistribute, resell, publish, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to defeat licensing or access controls except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Trading Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for trading decisions, account configuration, order review, risk limits, and compliance with any broker, prop firm, exchange, or account rules. SIT does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party account or service.

Open Positions

Customers are responsible for managing their open positions at all times, including closing or flattening any open position before turning off a bot, and for following the rules of their prop firm, broker, or account. Turning off a bot stops new trades but does not close an open trade. SIT Trading Systems is not responsible for losses, rule violations, or account closures that result from open positions.

No Profit Guarantee

No indicator, strategy, bot, alert, or other software can guarantee profits or prevent losses. Past, simulated, hypothetical, or backtested performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Technical Issues & Limitation of Liability

SIT Trading Systems is not responsible for losses or missed trades caused by software errors, malfunctions or defects, or by other technical issues, including platform or broker outages, internet or connectivity problems, data feed errors or delays, computer or hardware failures, order execution or rejection errors, or incorrect settings. Software may not perform as expected in all market conditions. Customers are responsible for monitoring their platform, accounts and open positions at all times.

Third-Party Platforms

SIT Trading Systems is an independent third-party software vendor. SIT products are built for NinjaTrader® 8. NinjaTrader® is not presented by SIT as a brokerage service. SIT Trading Systems is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or recommended by NinjaTrader or its affiliates.

Changes

Product features, compatibility, pricing, and these terms may be updated when reasonably necessary. Material terms applicable to an active paid license will be communicated through the published SIT customer channel.
