What is the difference between an indicator and a trading bot?
An indicator displays chart information and BUY/SELL signals but does not place trades. A trading bot is an automated NinjaTrader strategy that can submit and manage orders according to its programmed rules.
Do the products work with NinjaTrader® 8?
Yes. The current SIT product lineup is designed for NinjaTrader® 8 desktop workflows. Customers should confirm their platform version and test each product in simulation before live use.
Are the indicator settings adjustable?
Yes. Product pages identify the adjustable settings for each tool, including relevant periods, signal settings, and visual options.
What is the SIT Launch Special?
It is introductory launch pricing. Regular prices may increase later. The final public offer will state the exact terms before purchases are enabled.
What happens if I cancel a monthly subscription?
The planned monthly license remains active while the subscription is active. Final cancellation, billing, and reactivation terms will be published before launch.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. New customers can request a refund within 7 days of purchase on monthly and quarterly plans, or within 14 days on annual plans, no questions asked. Your license is deactivated after a refund. The guarantee covers first-time purchases only, with one refund per product. See the Refund & Subscription Policy for details.
Is the C# source code included?
No. Standard monthly, quarterly, and annual licenses do not include the source code.
How many computers can I activate?
Each license covers one computer at a time, tied to your NinjaTrader Machine ID. If you get a new computer or your Machine ID changes, email us your new Machine ID and we'll update your license. Additional computers need an additional license.
How will installation and updates work?
Customers will receive installation instructions with their licensed product. The final update policy and delivery process will be published before launch.
Do the indicators or bots guarantee profits?
No. Trading software cannot guarantee profitable results. Market conditions, settings, execution, and risk management can all affect outcomes.
Is SIT Trading Systems affiliated with NinjaTrader®?
SIT Trading Systems is an independent third-party software vendor. NinjaTrader® is a supported platform integration for SIT products and is not presented by SIT as a brokerage service. SIT Trading Systems is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or recommended by NinjaTrader or its affiliates.
